Gerald D. Eidelman
Originally from Argentina, Gerald D. Eidelman has practiced law since his commencement in 2004. Graduating from the University of Maryland, Magna Cum Laude, with a B.A. in political science, and from Georgetown University Law Center earning his J.D. in 2004 and an LL.M. in taxation in 2006. After relocating to Wichita, Kansas, Gerald worked as a tax attorney for Invista, Sarl. (a subsidiary of Koch Industries) and as a tax associate at Foulston Siefkin, LLP.
In 2010, Eidelman Law Firm was founded and began serving clients in the Wichita area and across the state of Kansas, with a focus on estate and business planning. In 2021, Gerald was admitted to the Missouri Bar and added three offices in the Kansas City metro area: Burlington Creek, Prairie Village, and Independence.
In addition to his law practice, Gerald is happily married and has two children. He is fluent in Spanish and enjoys fine coffee. He is also a published author, creating The Inheritance Trap: Common Estate Planning Mistakes and How to Avoid Them.

Jenah Moody
Jenah is a paralegal specializing in estate planning. Her diligence, hard work, and excellence in delivering clear, consistent communication are vital to the smooth operation of Eidelman Law Firm. While Jenah also has extensive experience in family and personal injury law, estate planning quickly became her passion. She takes great pride in creating peace of mind as she assists clients with their estate planning needs: “I enjoy knowing that the ‘what if’ questions are answered and prepared for,” she said.
In 2012, she graduated from Old Dominion University with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. She received her Certification in Paralegal Studies from Kansas State University in April 2022. Jenah is a veteran of the U.S. Navy and stays current on the constantly-changing rules of V.A. benefits. Jenah is happily married to a U.S. Navy veteran and has two children.

Meredith Moore-Johnson
Meredith initiated her professional journey by serving in senior communities in Kansas and Nevada as a Director of Life Enrichment. She possesses a profound affection for elderly individuals and has acquired valuable wisdom and expertise from her interactions over the years. When she decided to start a family, she made the decision to switch career paths and became a Virtual Administrative Assistant, enabling her valuable time with her family while working. As she re-entered the workforce, she found the perfect match at Eidelman Law firm, as can apply her administrative skills and once again work with senior citizens.
During her leisure time, Meredith is an aspiring author with multiple exciting projects in the works. Her ultimate aspiration is to secure a spot on the New York Bestseller List (she would also gladly accept her local library’s pick of the week, too). Meredith is happily married and enjoys quality time with her two sons and their dog, Harley.
